Synopsis for "Gang War, Part III: Thy Father's Son!"Edit

Spider-Man has been blasted by the Punisher's knockout gas and has to sleep it off in an alley. Richard Fisk meets a lovely woman, Dina, and explains to her that his father was a criminal and he has been trying to take down his operation from the inside while still maintaining his integrity. Soon she becomes his girlfriend and stays at his appartment while Richard acts as the Rose to detroy his father's criminal empire.

Peter gets a call from Matt Murdock who asks him for a midnight meet. Mary Jane is contacted by Lance Bannon, who asks her to tell Pete about a midnight mob meeting but she blows it off and doesn't say anything. The gang war explodes as the police move in on the rival gangs who are meeting. Daredevil, the Falcon and Sargent Tork are there to help Kingpin keep the control of the gangs and so avoid a blood bath in the city.

With Daredevil a no show, Spider-Man finds out about the mob meet from Mary Jane too late to do anything but try and save innocent bystanders from the ensuing fires. The Rose tries to escape the police on foot but is forced to shoot a young cop who tries to stop him.
