History
The past history of Havok of Earth-21993 mirrored that of his Earth-616 counterpart and diverged shortly after he passed through the Siege Perilous and became a slave serving the Genoshan government.
Professor X returned to Earth after freeing himself from Skrull captivity to find that human/mutant relations were at their worst. Locating Havok as a slave of the Genoshans, Xavier used his mental powers to restore Havok's mind, and he rejoined the ranks of the X-Men.
A meeting between the X-Men, X-Factor and the New Mutants led to an argument between Xavier and the New Mutants' leader Cable that ended in a clash between the New Mutants and the X-Men. Havok battled the New Mutants until they escaped. Shortly thereafter Havok's brother Cyclops, Marvel Girl and Xavier were all assassinated by Cable. At their funerals, Havok joined a group of X-Men led by Wolverine bent on getting revenge by killing Cable.[1]
Wolverine's X-Men tracked Cable and the New Mutants to a former Sentinel base where Wolverine succeeded in killing Cable. Growing increasingly feral, Wolverine led his X-Men in eliminating various X-Men foes. Havok joined Wolverine in killing Mr. Sinister and his Nasty Boys. However, when Psylocke called Wolverine on his blood lust, Havok and the others began to question their leader's motivations. When the US government unleashed the Sentinels in response to Magneto taking over Washington, D.C., a group of the mutant hunting robots tracked down Wolverine's team of X-Men. During the battle, Havok was blasted from behind by a Sentinel and killed instantly.[2]
