Alan Brialige, also known as the Mole, had been committing a lot of crimes from underground, acquired electronic gracity control technology from subterranean ruins. He battled the Blonde Phantom.[1]

The Mole wore an "Electronic Gravity Control" wrist-device which was able to sink an entire prison 4000 miles beneath the Earth's surface and return it.
