Synopsis for "Clear and Present Danger"
In Part 2 of this story, Magneto has launched several Russian nuclear missiles at the US blaming the US for the destruction of his orbiting retreat, Asteroid M. However, Apocalypse is the true culprit who destroyed Asteroid M anticipating that Magneto would retaliate by jeopardizing the lives of many people on earth. Magneto and the Brotherhood of Mutants work in concert with the X-Men to stop Apocalypse and the missiles and in the end prove victorious.
