Also I think rogue could be an Omega level characters because she only has to get close enough to touch a high level character and she takes there power. Just for laughs and giggles I think she would be just like the legion.

I said at 7 because Spider-Man is one of my favorite characters. Captain marvel is a kree and she's pretty strong as well. I give it a 7 off of them to alone.
