Zebra Daddy was a pimp in New York City. X-23 was one of his prostitutes. While Kiden Nixon and Kiden's teacher tried to help her get away, Zebra Daddy was discovered to be the man who had murdered Kiden's father several years earlier.

Zebra Daddy had skills as a pimp and was sufficient in the use of firearms. He also had connections with many criminals in the New York area, including an small army of gun-wielding thugs that he could use whenever necessary. Many of his connections also provided him with information on anyone that he needed to know about.
