History
Zeaklar Belgewater lived in Tent City on Dynamo City where he met Silver Surfer and continuously gave the Surfer ideas on how to escape Dynamo City, all of which failed and sent the Surfer off for termination. Termination involved being sent into space, which Zeaklar followed in hopes of being saved by the Surfer. He was saved and was able to stop the Surfer from destroying the city and had the Surfer take him to Pyrofax. His current fate and whereabouts are unknown.[1]
