After Stormphoenix took over from Storm and began to form her new world order, Karma joined her as one of the Followers of Storm. Karma was in the Helicarrier's mess hall when Kitty Pryde returned after surveying the damage Stormphoenix wrought on the Yallut. When Stormphoenix compared the damage to Truman bombing Hiroshima to save millions, Karma asked what about Nagasaki. When Wolverine lead a rebellion against the Phoenix, Karma presumably escaped the exploding Helicarrier alongside the other mutants.[1]
