• This is the last issue of X-Statix. The entire cast dies. Lacuna, who was a supporting character, does not and has not been seen since.
• Doop has mysteriously returned behind the scenes in X-Men (Vol 2) #170, and fully in X-Men #180-181, and has not been seen since either.
• Other characters, such as the O-Force, Sycamore, and Solomon O'Sullivanare also unknown if they are even alive, or if they kept their power after M-Day.
• The Cover is a homage to Avengers #3
