Synopsis for "Apocalypse vs. Dracula (Part 1)"

Romania, 1459: Vlad Tepes aka Dracula and his soldiers have just defeated an army of invaders, when suddenly another army identified as the Dark Riders appear on the battlefield. To Dracula, the Dark Rider are just a myths, but he quickly learns he is wrong. He is defeated by a huge warrior who is War personified. And as Dracula is fading away, he sees how the large boot of the Dark Riders’ Lord is coming down on him …

Egypt, present day: Ozymandias enters a pyramid in which Apocalypse is sleeping in a hibernation chamber. He speaks about how En Sabah Nur needs to be awakened not to test mutantkind but to save it. Just like he did over a century ago …

London, England, 1897: A string of murders has been taken place in London that has left the police with few leads. All victims have bite marks combined with a burn wound in their necks. Additionally, their blood is drained from them. The last victim is different though because it misses the burn marks and shows a tattoo instead. Two detectives believe it be of Egyptian origin and, thus, want to visit some experts at Alexandria House. Their consultant Jack Starsmore cannot convince them that this lead is not good enough to stir up the rich and powerful people at Alexandria House.

The three detectives are welcomed by Hamilton Slade who quickly concurs that the tattoo on the victim is ancient symbol for Clan Akkaba which represent the descendants of Apocalypse. But it changes when one is found with a strange tattoo. Believing it to be Egyptian, they go to Hamilton Slade who informs them it is a sign of the Clan Akkaba and then he kills the detectives. Then Hamilton goes to search for the answers on his own. With him missing for many days, the Clan is forced to awaken Apocalypse! Then Slade opens up his shirt and shows the visitors that he is bearing a large version of the Clan Akkaba tattoo on his chest as well. Seconds later, the two detectives are dead. It is revealed that Starsmore belongs to Clan Akkaba as well but was not able to burn away the tattoo on the last victim in time. Slade moves out to find the killer himself, but he disappears for days leaving the rest of Clan Akkaba members no choice but to awaken Apocalypse himself!
