History

After the bombing of the Paris branch, Cyclops (Scott Summers) has ordered that all branches cease activity. Mutants in need of help are to head directly to the Xavier Institute.

Following M-Day, the X-Corp Headquarters was attacked and destroyed. Cyclops ordered all branches to shut down to prevent any further destruction and with a decimated mutant population, X-Corp was deemed inactive.
