History

The World Counterterrorism Agency or W.C.A., was formed by a large group of ex-S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, including Barbara Morse (Mockingbird), following the events of the Secret Invasion. After being reunited with Barbara, Clint Barton (Hawkeye/Ronin) joined the W.C.A. and fought the A.I.M. scientist Monica Rappaccini.

Trivia

• W.C.A was also the acronym for the Avengers West Coast, when they called themselves the West Coast Avengers. Both Mockingbird and Hawkeye served as members of the West Coast Avengers.
