Synopsis for "Underneath"Edit

At a bar Logan enjoys a drink, then comments on it's atmosphere. A young kid enters, then talks to Logan as if he was his biggest fan. A young lady then offers Logan a drink and they end up sleeping together. Now, Cyclops trains Elixir how to use his powers. Logan then goes off on one of his missions and Elixir comes along. At the Salton Sea, Logan and Elixir encounter the Morlocks now known as the Dregs. Logan kills one, and with the help of Elixir kills the other one, he had hard bones. Finding other Dregs, they are somehow sick. Logan then finds Meltdown and after hearing his story, he then proceeds to kill him. But it is Elixir along with EVA, whom hurt him, Logan then unsheathes his claws and then kills Meltdown. Then speaks to Elixir, of what makes him tick and how he regrets what he know and done, and how he can change it.

• In this issue the Morlocks; Mutants with physical manifestations that made 'em feel they had to hide from the world. Now they're powerless, hidin' even from that. Now they call themselves the "Dregs."
