As son of Vision and Scarlet Witch, Billy witnessed the accidental murder of his mother by his uncle, Quicksilver.
Billy later became friends with another super-villain by the name of Oddball, and mentioned it when Ultron-59 threatened him. As the Grim Reaper, he joined Kang in the final battle against the Avengers. He was hoping to get revenge on his brother, Tommy.
