• The Watch took the name Maxam from an engraving in his belt, as Gamora states it was the only word that looked like a word
• Maxam does however remember the name of Adam Warlock and as he first sees him he instantly attacks.
• Warlock offers his help in restoring Maxam's memory and Gamora warns him that she will keep an eye on him
