After seeing the Amazing Spider-Man in theaters, I've been trying to think about who Marvel could include in the sequel in 2014. They already created the game which take place after first film, but that was clearly just a tie-in.

The Lizard was the primary villain in the movie, and also the final boss in the game, but not the main enemy. But since he's locked away, there's no telling who the next villain is in the second movie.
