I'm Nick Peron, writer/comedian/former burlesque emcee. When I'm not wasting hours away updating things here, I write for,, and . Also since you're taking up a stalker like obsession in my life follow me on Twitter .

Major Contributions/Accomplishments:

Not to brag, but in terms of contributions, I've updated nearly every super-hero/western comic that is considered part of the mainstream Marvel Universe that were published between 1939 to 1956. I have created countless profiles for obscure (yet unique) characters who have appeared in this era.

I have completed the most expansive extended histories for super-heroes and other characters during that era. Notably, all incarnations of Captain America (Steve Rogers, William Nasland, and Jeff Mace), the Human Torch, Toro, Sub-Mariner, Betty Dean, Golden Girl, Namora, Blonde Phantom, the Angel, the original Vision, the Young Allies, the Red Skull, Sun Girl, the Nazis and Imperial Japan just to name a few. While these expanded summaries are not entirely complete, they are the most expansive ones that I am aware of (trumping both the Marvel Handbook and the Unofficial Appendix) in the breadth of detail during the characters chronological appearances through the periods of 1939-1949 (including flashback stories that were published in later years, although there are some gaps that now exist, particularly with Steve Rogers, that were created by recent stories that were published after I began this undertaking and have yet to be added).

I am currently working on the 1950s to update information about various western heroes as well as heroes such as Venus, Marvel Boy, the Human Ape, M-11, Captain America, Bucky, Human Torch, Toro and the Sub-Mariner, and wartime heroes such as Combat Casey, Combat Kelly, and others. I have completed all the 50s chronological appearances of the 50s adventure of the Human Torch, Toro, the 1950s Captain America and Bucky, and the communist Red Skull and the international criminal known as the Vulture from the 50s.

Currently Working On:

Right now I am focusing on completing the last of the comics from the 50s by tackling each title/character individually as it's faster to do this that way. Characters I have left are:

  • Kid Colt
  • Matt Slade/Kid Slade
  • Outlaw Kid
  • Rawhide Kid
  • Ringo Kid
  • Rock Murdock
  • Two-Gun Kid
  • Western Kid
  • Wyatt Earp
  • Yellow Claw
