History

Tower was a mutant with size-changing powers. Tower became a member of the Alliance of Evil, an group of mutants brought together by Apocalype. He was an employee of Dr. Carl Maddicks.

Tower was killed by the X-Cutioner.^[2] Later, he was resurrected by the Transmode virus from Selene, along with many other deceased villains.
