HistoryEdit

Tom Regal was the son of the philantropist Mister Regal. Because he felt neglected as a son, he stole weapons from a university laboratory and turning into the super-villain Mekano. He then tried to destroy a library constructed by his father, but was stopped by the X-Men. He came to see the wrongness of his acts and reconciled with his father.
