They were considerably more than that. They had thoughts and feelings. They had minds of their own. They had souls. Wanda may have used magic to give them life, but even the Scarlet Witch can't create a human soul.

Billy and Tommy were twins born of Scarlet Witch by Vision, but actually they were are magic constructs, created by Wanda's hex powers. It was revealed that she use a slivers of Mephisto's life essence to give her childrens a souls. Tommy and Billy were reabsorbed by Mephisto and ceased to exist.

Years later appeared a young man - Billy Kaplan and his twin Tommy Shepherd, who are the reincarnations of Billy and Tommy Maximoff.

Powers and AbilitiesEdit

Powers

As the part of Master Pandemonium he was able project the powerful blasts of energy. Although possible it was not Tommy's powers, but Pandemonium's himself, who channeling energy through Tommy's body. However Pandemonium said that Tommy and Billy possess mutant powers, which only increased Preston's powers.

NotesEdit

• In West Coast Avengers Annual #1 and West Coast Avengers Annual #3 one of the twins have a blond hair, although in others comics they both have auburn (or brown) hair.
• In Avengers: West Coast Annual #7 clearly see that one of the twins has a blue eyes, apparently the second one too.
