History
The past history of Siryn of Earth-21993 mostly mirrors that of his Earth-616 counterpart. In this reality Charles Xavier would be assassinated by Cable leading to widespread human/mutant violence.
Prior to Xavier's assassination, Siryn would be slowly being taken under the influence of the Shadow King; however, Xavier would return to Earth and detect this and free her from his control. Following Xavier's assassination, her father Banshee would be murdered by the Mutant Liberation Front and she would join Storm's X-Men to get justice for his death. She would help in fending off simultaneous attacks from the MLF, Fenris, Savage Land Mutates and the Hellfire Club. However the X-Men would be forced to abandon the X-Mansion and retreat.[1]
Siryn would leave Storm's X-Men for reasons that remain unrevealed, however she would be captured by the Sentinels deployed by the US Government in response to Magneto's take over of Washington D.C. She would be broken out of the internment camp by Wolverine and recruited into a new team of X-Men.[2]
