HistoryEdit

Dr. Ted Twaki was the supervisor for the US Atomic Research Center, he over saw the work of Dr. Otto Octavius. When the accident that fused the mechnical tenticles to his back occured, made shaw Octavius was held acountable to his action and insuring the Center kept the patents to his research.

He later leaves the research team to work for Tricorp. One of Dr. Twaki first jobs at Tricorp is to study the origin and nature of Spider-Man powers. In the aftermath of the battle between the Scorpion and Mattie Franklin posing as SpiderMan, Terry Kwan a co-worker offers applicant Peter Parker a job. Twaki recognised that if it wasnt for Peters quick thinking they would not of been able to stop the Scorpion, and welcomes him as a valued edition to the team.
