Comic Name Standardization Template NO LINK (CnstNL)

This template is for the automatic standardization of Comic names to ease the user in inputting correct issue names. For instance, if 'Exiles #1' was the text input into this template, Exiles Vol 1 1 would be returned, and if 'Exiles Vol 2 #1' were input, Exiles Vol 2 1 would be returned. If either of these circumstances are true, the original text is returned.
