Teleplex is a member of the Kinsmen; Irish super-heroes.

He was part of the team that attempted to forcibly bring Banshee in to speak with government officials. Instead, they found his daughter, Siryn, who did attacked them. Teleplex monitored their situation from the Kinsmen's transport with their government liaision, Mr. McFadden.

Teleplex had psychic awareness; he could literally see anything from all sides. He could also use project those images on electronic displays.
