History
The Collector was stealing equipment from the Baxter Building and managed to obtain the Time Platform. He then attempted to obtain his first superheroes by capturing Spider-Man and Thundra but they escaped from their bindings. He unleashed Robots and a gas on them, but none of this worked and he tried to escape in a rocket sled. He was caught by the pair and webbed up and brought to the police station.[1]
