It's from a Dark Reign One-shot Dark Reign: The Cabal Vol 1 it is from the first section called "Doctor Doom: ...And I'll Get the Land". Sadly the image in question is a part of an extended day dream sequence of Doctor Doom's and does not actually happen. Sorry : ( --Whynaut 01:17, November 2, 2010 (UTC)

I think this series is meant to be an all ages out of continuity series, so I might remove that bit from this article. But I'm not 100% on that so I'm flagging it for discussion here first.--Savageland 23:16, May 24, 2011 (UTC)
