Dugan's age[]

Does Dugan have the same formula that has kept Nick Fury alive for so long, or is he just REALLY fit for being alive since WWII? Anton "mountnstream" KalKent 16:30, May 27, 2012 (UTC)

I've wondered this, too. Dugan was depicted as being the oldest of the Howlers in their early appearances (probably about 40) so he would logically be well over 100 years old by now. Tony ingram (talk) 10:19, March 8, 2014 (UTC)
I think it's safe to assume that any Howling Commando that appeared in WWII and is now a fit active person has the Infinity Formula in their body. Regardless of that, even if Dum Dum looked like a 40-year old in the 1940s, remember people from the past tend to look older than someone their age in the present. I'm 34, and photos of my dad in his 30s from 40 years ago make him look older than me, and so on. MaGnUs (talk) 23:55, March 8, 2014 (UTC)
It was revealed in this storyline that the real Dum Dum Dugan was killed in 1966 and he was replaced over the years by several Life Model Decoys such as Dum Dum Dugan (LMD). Original Sins Vol 1 5. Booster Beetle (talk) 15:57, October 3, 2014 (UTC)
Yeah Original Sins storyline was not the best in my opinion and poorly researched. Capam (talk) 23:42, February 27, 2016 (UTC)

The following section of this page was moved from the talk page of "Timothy Dugan (LMD) (Earth-616)" which has been merged with this talk page's article.

Cleanup Required[]

This reads like a pretty rough cut and past from the real Dugan's page. And even if it's not, it's lacking citations, and breaks our guidelines by using specific years. It could stand some re-writes. --Spencerz (talk) 04:19, December 5, 2014 (UTC)

EDITORIAL OPINION ON DUM DUM DUGAN LMD CONTINUITY TAKES PLACE[]

It has been decided that, until Marvel officially makes an opinion, this Wikia has made the editorial stance that the Dugan LMD took the real Dugan's place between Strange Tales #158 and Strange Tales #159. Please see Threat 773824 for a detailed explanation.

Position Change[]

Since Marvel has been writing more stories about SHIELD set in the 1960s that appear to be happening in that decade, I suggest that we push back the LMD's "first appearance" to Strange Tales #135 which is the first appearance of "Dugan" in the modern age.

Objections?
