Talk:Marauders (Earth-616)
Back to page
Someone familiar with all the Marauders appearances should condense this into a single history, possibly giving equal weights to both versions of the Marauders discovery of the Alley, or possibly leaving the original but no longer canonical version as a footnote. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with any of Gambit's supposed role in all of this, just the Mutant Massacre era books. --Squirrelloid
I linked to Uncanny X-Men.net's page which has as good an explanation as it gets on it. Given how the X-Men and X-Factor were fighting in different areas etc. it makes sense that the Marauders had split up.Kokushishin 14:57, 13 September 2006 (Eastern Daylight Time)
Cloning Pairs
Edit
It is stated in X-Men Vol 2 #34 that Sabretooth and Riptide are cloned in pairs. All others are cloned in pairs as well, but not all have been confirmed.. I remember reading somewhere that Arclight and Vertigo where (which makes sense as they are the two females on the team). In X-Force Vol 3 #9, all Marauders shown (Sabretooth, Riptide, Vertigo, Arclight, Scrambler, and Harpoon) are already paired up except Harpoon and Scrambler, so they must be paired, right? I'm also pretty sure Blockbuster and Prism are paired up, so that leaves Scalphunter. Which makes sense because of his regenerative powers.. But.. does anyone know what I'm talking about? As in, does anyone know some references for the other cloning pairs, besides Sabretooth and Riptide. I believe Scalphunter says he doesn't have one in Gambit Vol 3 #8 or 9.. Anyone know? --Johnnybravo44 (talk) 04:49, August 14, 2010 (UTC)
