I'm not sure we want to rename these titles. Since they are now volumes 1 and 2, renaming them would cause the current volume 3 to become volume 1. That will be a headache to fix.

Yea, I think we should, as we should with the Wolverine Series. It's a huge project that I hope to get to someday. We really should be using the designations they give in the front part of the books whenever we can.

Neither indicia for "Deadpool: The Circle Chase Vol 1" nor "Deadpool: Sins of the Past" have a subtitle and are thus the true Deadpool Vol 1 and Deadpool Vol 2. -- Annabell (talk) 03:00, December 5, 2017 (UTC)

Hello, I've spent the last several months collating Deadpool's issues to the best of my ability. That has entailed spending a lot of time on comicbookdb.com and a few other sites. In order to make sense out of the volume numbering system, and the limited series vs one-shots, etc, etc...cbdb editors just use the first year of publication to designate mainline volumes, eg Deadpool (1997), Deadpool (2008), and so on. With that said, the current status over there has The Circle Chase as a limited series (Deadpool: The Circle Chase (1993)) and Sins of the Past as a mainline volume (Deadpool (1994)), effectively making it Volume 1. So that's my two cents of the day. Dox4242 (talk) 20:29, December 17, 2017 (UTC)
