Suwan has been romantically linked to Jimmy Woo. Her relationship to Woo, as well as her character development, has always led her into conflict with her truly evil Grand Uncle the Yellow Claw. Seeing that Suwan was always going to be a thorn in his side, the Claw mystically transplanted the spirit of a kindred Ancient Egyptian spirit into Suwan. Unfortunatelty, this entitiy rebelled against the Claw and attempted to murder him. As punishment, the Claw reduced Suwan's body to ashes.[1]
More recently Suwan's involvement with the Agents of Atlas has been chronciled.
