Synopsis for "Disorderly Conduct"
Julie and Katie Power were flying in the air, tailing the Punisher's van in an attempt to stop him from hunting down Cloak and Dagger, as he wrongly believed that they had been distributing drugs.
Meanwhile, Cloak and Dagger entered the church, which they found empty at first, until they walked into a room where Uncle Mike was mopping the floors, frightening him upon entrance. Dagger reminded Cloak of her Uncle Mike, who was a friend of Professor X when Sunspot and Wolfsbane got the powers of her and her friend. Next, Mike told Tandy that her stepfather had moved to New York City from Cleveland to look after her. Julie and Katie, who were still trailing the Punisher, sabotaged his van, causing him to stop and examine his engine, while the two siblings decided to rendezvous with Alex and Jack who they believed were already at the church, which they were wrong, as Alex and Jack were, in fact, inside of a bus that was stuck in the middle of traffic. Alex and Jack, realizing that they were moving slowly, decided to get off the bus.
At the 21st Precinct, Captain Petrovic was talking to Rusty Nales about how she was out of town when O'Reilly died, much to Rusty's dismay, as O'Reilly closed the case on O'Reilly's murder. As a result, Rusty decided to investigate O'Reilly's death on her own. After Rusty left the room, Petrovic thought that he did the right thing by not telling her about O'Reilly, who had turned into a monster calling herself as Mayhem. Meanwhile, Mayhem was in solitary confinement with Father Delgado, who was in despair. After a brief conversation, Mayhem flew away, out of the room.
Meanwhile, Julie and Katie were still tailing the Punisher's van. In order to slow him down, the two sisters threw piles of trash in front of the van, causing him to crash into a pole. Afterwards, the Punisher abandoned the van and rushed away. Somewhere else, Kingpin was being informed by a man that they made sure the Punisher saw him with the children and drugs and told them that the drugs were being distributed near Cloak and Dagger's church. After the man left the room, Kingpin instructed his men to kill the man. Michael and Tandy were having a conversation about Phillip and her mother. At the same time, Jack and Alex flew near the church, where they found Cloak on top of the roof. When the two siblings got close enough to Cloak, they warned him that the Punisher would be coming for them, as the gun user believed that the two partners had been selling drugs. However, the Punisher had already arrived at the church and attempted to get answers from Tandy and Michael.
