History

Captain America shared a similar history to his Earth-616 counterpart until the Avengers did not discover him frozen in ice. While frozen, another "Captain America" appeared and installed a nationalistic senator which passed very oppressive bills. Years passed and he was finally thawed and eventually lead to Nick Fury's resistance to try and counter him. He confronted the fake Cap and defeated him, inspiring the country to restore themselves to their more accepting and less oppressive state.
