History
The man who became Steel-Fist and his two partners worked at Stane International at the time when Obadiah Stane acquired Stark International. As engineers, they had the opportunity to study and reverse-engineer some of the tech from the Iron Man Armor, and worked even more freely after Stane's death. Creating their own armor, the trio went independent as the Iron Trinity. While trying to steal a sonic bomb from Stane Int'l, Killdozer, Heavy Metal Jacket and Steel-Fist were confronted by the Falcon. During the fight, the bomb went off and damaged their armor, forcing the Trinity to flee.[1]
