An ex-lover of Longshot, they met in Genosha before the outlawing of Mutants. She felt taken advantage after being stood up, and started seeing Lord Scheele, a powerful human politician, who she was seeing up til his death. Longshot had stabbed Scheele in a rage, after catching the two making out and Spiral then knocked him out with a vase. Spiral then dumped them somewhere else to keep legal troubles away, and attempted to leave the country.

She later is forced to confront the X-Men to attempt to make them leave, but is defeated forced to admit the truth to the team.
