The Skrullian Normals or Fossil Ones as they became to be known used are and extinct branch of Skrull that use to reside Skrull homeworld of Skrullos. They werea branch of Skrulls created by the Celestials about a Billion years ago, were seemingly wiped out by the Skrullian Deviants who won a war between the three main races of that world.

They are the equivalant to baseline humans and had the genetic potential to reach levels of Godhood equal to the celestials. Unlike the Fossil Ones of Earth they were wiped out.

The Prime Skrull was the last of it's kind and fled to the planet Earth to escape extinction.
