History
The Eternals of the Skrull homeworld, a branch of the race of Skrulls created by the Celestials about a Billion years ago, were seemingly wiped out by the Skrullian Deviants who won a war between the three main races of that world.
The Skrull Invasion of Earth revealed that at least one of the Eternals, Kly'bn, survived and was raised to godhood status, being worshiped by a branch of the Skrull Empire.
