HistoryEdit

Sise-Neg was born in the 40th century. Seeking to gain knowledge of all magic, he time-traveled back through history, collecting all magical energies. While on modern-day Earth, he briefly took the guise of Cagliostro.

Upon reaching ancient time before the arrival of the First Host of the Celestials, Sise-Neg banished Shuma-Gorath from Earth. When Sise-Neg reached the beginning of the universe, he became all-powerful and created it anew.
