Dr. Siegel colloborated with his fellow medical professionals, Doctors Patten, Mayer, and Christensen, on a research project that was attempting to find a cure for an unspecified medical condition. The group attempted to recruit Doctor Stephen Strange to their cause, Siegel acting as the spokesman, but they were rebuffed.

NotesEdit

Siegel goes unnamed in Strange Tales Vol 1 115, his first and only appearance to date; he is named in the novel Nightmare!. In the original comic, the placement of word balloons seems to indicate that two doctors speak to Strange, but the art doesn't quite sync, as one of the doctors with a word balloon has his mouth closed, and the first doctor who spoke is standing right next to him. The novel gives all the dialogue to Siegel.
