The corrupt sheriff of Mason County, Georgia. He operated an illegal moonshine still, and was part of a county wide gas station and tour-bus robbery crew, with help of his super powered nephew White Lightnin'. After becoming the victim of one such bus robbery, Deadpool, sought revenge, shutting down the still and ending the crime spree.
