History

Little was detailed about Ant-Man’s life before the zombie plague arrived on Earth-2149, however it can be presumed that it followed much the same path as Ant-Man (Earth-616).

Presumably, Scott received a call from Nick Fury to join the resistance aboard the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier, and left to join them.

With the extremely varied bunch all assembled on the Helicarrier, Nick explained how serious he believed the situation to be; that it was the end of the world. He also explained that whatever the histories of those assembled, they were all on the same side.

It can also be assumed that he was part of the team sent back down to the surface to battle the zombies, unsuccessfully, it would seem as a zombified Ant-Man was later seen as part of the zombie masses that tried to prevent Magneto and his small band of survivors from escaping to the Baxter Building.

Though his ultimate fate is unknown, it can be assumed that he was killed along with the other zombified super-heroes, when the Power Cosmic Zombies decided to test out their new powers.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

Known Powers: Ant-Man is able to reduce himself to the size of an ant, approximately one-half inch in height, by means of a rare group of sub-atomic particles, the source of which is as yet unknown, which he is able to contain in magnetic-field "canisters" (the shape of the magnetic lines of force are made visible by the confined particles, whose concentration causes them to behave like a gas).

Paraphernalia

Equipment

Ant-Man also wears a cybernetic helmet designed by Henry Pym permitting him rudimentary communication with ants.

Transportation

Ant-Man customarily rides flying ants for transportation.
