History

Scorched earth was a program initiated to destroy the planet if the Leader and the Intel's plan's for world conquest failed. It was run by a main biological computer run by cloned Brains of M.O.D.O.K and several Intel owned LMD's. The stages included using Omnisapient Systems to spread a Techno-virus, an artificial Black Hole to bombard the planet with asteroids, setting off a volcanic reaction on the Ocean floor and latching mind controlling Parasites to the indigenous life of Monster Island to destroy the United States. The program was ultimately halted by the combined efforts of Bruce Banner and Red Hulk. But in reality the program was simply a elaborate distraction for the preparation and coronation of M.O.D.O.K Superior.
