Sam Wilson grew up on a world dominated by the Skrulls a century ago, and after being contacted by Reed Richards to help him get rid of the Skrulls, Wilson accepted. Afterwards Wilson began recruiting people from all around the world to help, unfortunately, most people are afraid of the Skrulls and are too afraid to fight them.

After meeting the Exiles Blink and Morph, they agreed to help him and he brought them to the secret lab of Reed Richards.

Wilson wasn't very much involved in the battles against Terrax and Galactus, other than giving orders to other heroes when to attack while keeping a safe distance with thanks to his harness. After Terrax was killed and Galactus driven off, Wilson, among many other superheroes, started rebuilding their world after a century of slavery by the Skrulls.

Master Martial Artist: Sam has been trained in multiple forms of combat and martial arts making him a dangerous combatant.

Aerial Combat Master: Due to his abilities and experience, he is one of the best aerial fighters in the world.

Equipment

Hard light harness: Wilson has a harness that utilizes hard light constructs. Usually as wings enabling him to fly at high speeds and can be configured into several different modes.
