History
St. Lazzar Island is a Caribbean island located in the Atlantic Ocean. By 1944 it was populated by Caucasian immigrants and occupied by the Allied Forces during World War II. The island was infiltrated by Nazi scientist Dr. Luville, who developed a rapid ageing formula and used it against the people of the island until he was stopped by the Sub-Mariner.
