The past history of Ronan the Accuser of Earth-79102 mirrors that of his Earth-616 counterpart until Mar-Vell's mission to observe the Earth. In this reality, Ronan would not tolerate Colonel Yon-Rogg's transgressions against Mar-Vell and order Yon-Rogg arrested.
Yon-Rogg would evade capture and flee to Earth, prompting Ronan to teleport there to deal with him. Ronan would arrive just as Yon-Rogg, having failed to inhale the gas the Kree required to breath on Earth, had begun to suffocate and stop Mar-Vell from attempting to rescue him. He would send Mar-Vell back to his ship so that he could mete out Yon-Rogg's punishment.
Presumably, he ensured Yon-Rogg's death and returned back to the Kree Empire, his current activities are unknown.
