Richard Salmons was a Hellfire Club Agent mercenary who befriended Tommy. When the Marauders were tracking down Tommy to find an entrance to the Morlock Tunnels, he defended her and Harpoon threw a harpoon at him. He was paralyzed and could not reach his gun, and asked Tommy to help him, but she was too scared and ran. Helpless against the Marauders, Richard threatened them by saying the Hellfire Club would pay them back. However, Scalphunter said they were welcome to try and then shot him, killing him.[1]
