History

Remont-4 is a collection of super-agents assembled by the new Crimson Dynamo in order to follow his "Remont" plan-- "the restructuring of the Soviet system to the glory days of Stalin."

A new iteration, going by the name Remont 6 attempted to continue the original's work beore being stopped by the Winter Guard.
