HistoryEdit

Piggy Perroni was a criminal who was active in Coast City during the 1940's. He would enter under the employ of Paul Sayden (secretly the Deviant Warlord Kro who was then posing as Pluto). His criminal activities would attract the attention of Hurrican (Secretly the Eternal Makkari who would use his powers to force Perroni to divulge the identity of his employer. After learning that "Sayden" was holding a costume party, Hurrican would confront him there, leaving Piggy and his minions to be collected by the authorities.
