Peter Drew as a corrupt District Attorney that stood to lose his position during an election that pitted him against Tom Bryant, a candidate that was running on an anti-corruption ticket. His associate, mobster Nails Riggley would incite a riot during one of Bryant's public speeches and frame Tom for clubbing a bystander with a metal pipe. Bryant's friend was Larry Scott -- aka Father Time -- who would track down Drew and Riggly down. Threatening to kill Drew, Father time would force him into a confession of his involvement in the Bryant frame up just hours before the polls opened up to vote for a new district attorney.

Drew would be voted out in a landslide election.
