History

Iron Man moved the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier over the city to investigate Gadget's death and Graviton's reappearance^[1].
The S.H.I.E.L.D. conducted a full scale investigation into Gadgets' homicide^[2].
When the Commission on Superhuman Activities closed the investigation, Stark ordered Dugan to disembark the Helicarrier and move it to New York City dry dock to effect repairs, while he stayed here to keep the case open^[3].
