History

Ned grew up with the rest of the Foursaken. He gained his powers whilst entering a rally with Jamie in the desert. There he and the rest of the Foursaken met the First Fallen who activated their mutant powers and choose them to represent earth in his paradise world.

During the ceremony conducted by the Foursaken to bring the First Fallen to Earth, Psylocke interrupted the ceremony, causing the First Fallen to appear only partially in the host body chosen for him before being driven off by Psylocke. The host body begged for death to escaped renewed control. Now aware of that the First Fallen was evil, Ned agreed to kill the host body. The Fallen then manifested as human-shaped energy, apparently killing Horrocks.
